TO ALL THOSE COUNTRIES NOT HAVING MACEDONIAN EMBASSY OR CONSULATE IN THEIR COUNTRIES – ATTENTION PLEASE!
We have just been informed by Macedonian Kickboxing Federation that due to political reasons unfortunately visas can’t be issued anymore at the airport in Skopje upon arrival as previously communicated.
For your information when years ago our President signed the contract to host the World Championships (LC, KL, LK, K1) in Skopje for 2011 Macedonia was out of the European Community and easily reachable from all our non European members. One year ago they applied to get into the European Community and this is why today they are obliged to follow the Shengen Rules.
However there’s the following possibility: Macedonian KB Federation will send you right now a letter to inform you about this issue and new procedure. All Macedonian Embassies of those country from where you can actually get your visa (Ex. in Cairo, Egypt, for Camerun ) have already been informed by the Ministry of Foreign and Internal Affairs of Macedonia, you simply have to get in contact with that Embassy of reference and they will immediately release your visa without any problem.
Please hurry up with this new procedure!
