Registration of all teams (athletes and coaches), will be in Boutique Solo Hotel upon arrival.
WEIGH IN and MEDICAL CHECK will be organized in Boutique Solo Hotel in separate rooms for male and female kickboxers on following way: Monday, July 24 th from 11:00 pm to 20:00 pm

After each three finals three Medal Ceremonies will follow for those categories.
Medal Ceremonies will be organized according to IWGA procedure. All medalist must be present at the time of Medal Ceremony dressed in National tracksuit only (no slippers, jeans, t-shirts, hats…allowed).
It is not allowed to stand on the Medal Podium with National flag around shoulders.

MEALS for all PARTICIPANTS THAT HAVE ACCREDITATION CARDS NO 1, 2 OR 3 WILL BE PROVIDED ON FOLLOWING WAY:
– July 25th – breakfast and dinner in hotel where you are accommodated and lunch in Orbita Hotel
– July 26th – breakfast and dinner in hotel where you are accommodated and lunch in Orbita Hotel
– July 27th – breakfast and dinner in hotel where you are accommodated and lunch in Orbita Hotel
IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION:
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE WITH THEM ACCREDITATION CARD ALL THE TIME OF STAY IN WROCLAW. ACCREDITATION CARD WILL GRANT YOU FREE OF CHARGE USE OF ALL PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION IN WROCLAW, ACCESS TO THE VENUE SUCH AS MEALS (LUNCH) IN ORBITA HOTEL FOR ACCREDITATION TYPE NO. 1, 2 OR 3.
