World Association of Kickboxing Organizations (WAKO) and the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic (FICS) have signed an agreement incorporating the use of chiropractic services at Championships organized by WAKO.
The agreement covers the provision of chiropractic services at defined championships as a main service for all the athletes. WAKO used the FICS service during the World Games in Wroclaw in July, and we experienced the great importance and benefit for our athletes.
President, Borislav Pelevic is delighted to have finalized this agreement. “Such cooperation will raise even more the quality of our product. We always put the athletes in the center of what we develop and I look forward to how this partnership will improve our product. The quality of the FICS service is unquestionable and we look forward to cooperate wth FICS already in our World Championships in Budapest in coming November”.
FICS works to provide equitable Chiropractic Services to all athletes in order to create a level playing field for all competitors. FICS looks forward to developing our relationship with WAKO and would like to thank President Borislav Pelevic for the opportunity to work closely with the WAKO Federation and their athletes to help enhance their athletes performances. FICS is an Associate member of GAISF’s. WAKO is the governing body developing the sport of kickboxing.
