Our Donation program, Because We Care , was decided during the last WAKO General Assembly and it becomes effective immediately.
This means that we raise the entry fee with 3,00 Euros per entry in Championships, starting from next European Championships in Bratislava, followed by PanAm Championships in Cancun and then the European Championships in Maribor. These 3,00 extra euros go to a solidarity fund in order to finance our social projects together with Peace and Sport in the refugee camp in Za’atary, Jordan, and to other projects defined for our members. The donation will be projected in our financial statement and we will in our yearly statements outline this allocation specifically.
Sport do really matters to make the world a little bit better for those with special needs. Many people suffer and we can make a difference using our great sport to create possibilities or even a hope and a future.
Sport has a strong voice all over the world and our joint efforts are meant to create pride to actually give some of our values to our fellow humans.

Enclosed our logos in various formats and for events that you can use when you engage in our projects or by promoting that you are focusing in social implementation of our sport. Use it and promote it with pride every time you enhance social inclusion.
