Supplement to the Polish Open 2010 regulations:

1. Introducing to the women Senior Full Contact competition according to the WAKO weight categories. The competition is played only in case of notification at least 2 competitors in one weight category. The competition starts on Saturday 24.04.2010.

2. Introducing to the Semi-Contact Seniors competitions (male and female) a possibility of competition in two weight category.

3. In both cases it is required notification on starting cards.
