Under the aegis of Aigle Academy of Thaiboxing presided by Nacer Darghame, more than 100 Qatar athletes took part to a Kick and thai-boxing seminar in Doha, from 15 to 24 February, organized by Lahcen El Hilali (Morocco), with the participation of the Moroccan W.A.K.O-PRO Champions Lakhsem Mustafa, Fikri Tijarti and the national team trainer Khouya Jawad.

The seminar was wery exciting, because it saw the participation of many fighters that in the nearby future will take part in WAKO Championships.

The Arabian Union illustrated that the Thaiboxing Qatar Academy has been training for 3 years now by two golden Moroccan fighters, both World Champions in Agadir 2005: Issam Laafissi and Anouar Atigui.

During the days of the seminar, they have also organized staff meetings with the Sport Authorities with the purpose of organizing more W.A.K.O. events and with the ultimate goal to create a veritable Qatar Kick and Thai-Boxing Federation: the file which has been presented to the Sport Authorities is already under discussion.
