Herewith enclosed you can find official invitation containing all necessary information about location, event program, accommodation and transport (Appendix B), visa request (Appendix C). Tuesday – October 1st 2013 9h00 – Concentration of delegations 10h00 – Beggining of day’s matches 20h00 – Ending of day’s matches

Wednesday – October 2nd 2013 7h00 to 8h00- Official Weigh in 9h00 – Concentration of delegations 10h00 – Beggining of day’s matches 20h00 – Ending of day’s matches

Thursday – October 3rd 2013 7h00 to 8h00- Official Weigh in 9h00 – Concentration of delegations 10h00 – Beggining of day’s matches 20h00 – Ending of day’s matches

Friday – October 4th 2013 7h00 to 8h00- Official Weigh in 9h00 – Concentration of delegations 10h00 – Beggining of day’s competitions, if needed 18h00 – Event’s official opening 19h00 – Frist part of finals, with 26 cathegories fighting for the gold medal. 22h00 – Ending of day’s matches 23h00 – Sayonara Party

Saturday – October 5th 2013 7h00 to 8h00- Official Weigh in 14h00 – Concentration of delegations 14h30 – Trip to Sao Paulo city 19h00 – Delegations concentration in the gymnasium 20h00 – Beggining of the special finals Broadcasted by both national and international television channels with fights from the remaining 12 categories 23h00 – Expected time to end the competition. 00h00 – Return to Guarujá.

Sunday – October 6th 2013 Free day for the delegations. Transportation of every remaining delegation in the city of Guaruja to Guarulhos Airport.
