Mongolia is a very far away country from Europe and it reminds us of ancient historical heroes like famous and powerful Gengis Khan.
Today, Mongolia is a fast growing country and kickboxing is a popular sport also there.
After having incorporated IAKSA and the official recognition of OCA, WAKO is now the international kickboxing federation of reference for all kickboxing lovers in the country. There is today a unified strong and big organization called Mongolian Kickboxing & Fighting Sports Association which is leaded by Mr. Luimed Gansukh, an influent person and a member of the Parliament.
From now on, Mongolian National Olympic Committee will support only the WAKO activity of the association.
