by Pavel Zamyatin
In the end of a long and exhausting fighting season Pavel Zamyatin arranged very interesting seminar of light contact at the amazing Mega Gym in Kiev, the beautiful Ukraine capital city. Teachers was the same Pavel Zamyatin(member of Ukraine Wako National team),Manuel Nordio from Italy(coach of cadets/juniors team Italy and winner of many international competitions) and Lusya Belyaeva(member of Ukraine WAKO National team and winner of last Bestfighter World cup). The perfect location of Mega Gym hosted on 23rd of August 50 fighters in the morning session and 38 fighters in the afternoon session. Has been very nice to see so many fighters at a seminar totaly dedicated to light contact. People came from 7 different Ukrain regions to try a new style of light contact, the perfect mix of Point Fight,Taekwondo and ring sport. Six hours sharing knowledges, experiences and own fighting styles and tactics. Very interesting and useful the moment when fighters and teachers shared opinions and impressions about seminar. Collaboration between teachers was great(Manuel and Lusya already worked once together in an other successful seminar in Italy) and all partecipants left positive comments about both training sessions. We want remember that “Light Revolution” is a project which consists in seminars around all Europe to promote and grow light contact, one of most spectacular disciplines of Wako kick boxing. Many world class fighters as Manuel Nordio, Pavel Zamyatin,Lusya Belyaeva and Ivan Sciolla already working together about this interesting new project and we are sure they will get a lot of requests, making “Light Revolution” a very important brand for light contact in Wako.
A big special thanks to sir Pavel Orel, NFKU president, Ukrain Federation of Wako, who gave his authorization for this beautiful event!!! In the end of seminar Manuel said”It has been a wonderful experience, the seriousness and commitment of Ukrain fighters made me happy to have been here. Can’t wait to come back in your beautiful city. Thanks so much to Pavel and Lusya for collaboration and thanks to sir Pavel Orel who allowed this unforgettable seminar”.
