Women get stronger in Spain

WAKO Spain President Jesus Eguía has been interviewed by the most important Spanish-speaking sports newspaper MARCA , talking about how and where women get strong, why is kickboxing so popular in his homeland and stressed that 75% of the Board of the directors of the organization where he holds the presidency, are women.

There is a significant increase of participation of women at the Championships in Spain and the focus of his perspectives for the future is to maintain gender equality at the highest levels.

Interviewed with two other sport organization Presidents, from volleyball and karate, Jesus Eguia stressed that kickboxing in Spain has reached high level in popularity.
