The 34th Annual Ocean State Grand Nationals will be held in Warwick, RI on April 4-6th, 2014. Hotel rooms are booking fast, so please reserve your room soon to receive the discounted rate, while they last!

Our special guest this year will be Master Billy Blanks! He will be at the event and will also teach a Tae Bo certification clinic on Thurs. from 9am-6pm at the Don Rodrigues Karate Academy. Also, many members of the famous Atlantic / Trans World Oil Karate Team will be in attendance for a reunion, along with some of the original members of Team Paul Mitchell !! Come out and meet some true Martial Art Legends, Hall of Famers and Movie Stars!!

Anyone competing at BOTH the Ocean State and the Amerikick tournament in Philly can attend a special Super Seminar on Thurs. evening, April 3rd, at 7pm at the Crowne Plaza. World Champions from Team Paul Mitchell and Amerikick will be instructing, as well as Mr. Billy Blanks.

WAKO – USA Junior Team trials will be held Fri night at 4pm. The US Team will travel to Italy later this year for the WAKO World Championships! Black Belt competition will be held Fri. night and Sat. day. Underbelts compete on Sun. (except for a few special divisions on Fri., Musical Forms, Breaking, etc). The exciting nighttime Extravaganza show / competition of the Best of the Best will be held on Sat. night at 7pm.
