Please find below the official invitation containing all necessary information for participation to the next WAKO Children, Cadets and Juniors European Championship (All Disciplines), that will take place at Tüyap Fair Convention and Congress Center (Address: Cumhuriyet Mah. Eski Hadımköy Yolu Cad. 9/1, 34500 Büyükçekmece, ISTANBUL / TÜRKİYE), from 25^th August to 3^rd September, 2023.

Please take note of the following information and deadlines.

• For Hotel and Transfer Reservation please fill in APPENDIX 1-2-3 and send them NOT LATER THAN AUGUST 4^th, 2023, to the kind attention of:

ATTENTION
Availability and prices are guaranteed until August 4^th, 2023.
After this date, prices can be at least 20% higher and the hotel where you would like to stay may not be available.

• Visa Requests

In case of need please fill in with all necessary details the Visa Request Form (APPENDIX 4) herewith attached and send it by e-mail to the Organizing Committee – 2023europechampionship@gmail.com
It is the delegation’s responsibility to request visas in time.

• Online Registration

Registration of ALL the participants – competitors, coaches, judges and officials – must be done (ONLY) through RSportz and Sportdata platforms.
Before registering on Sportdata ALL participants of the national team must be registered in the WAKO membership system by RSportz and have an active and valid annual individual membership status.

ATTENTION
The registration process on Sportdata will start on July 1^st and will close on August 18^th, at 13:00 CET (14:00 TRT).
Neither additional registrations nor changes are possible after this date!

• Entry Fees as per WAKO Board’s decision

Please kindly note that the amount to be paid must be in EURO and fully paid, any bank charges or eventual provision due to the currency exchange is on your expenses.
Any eventual difference of the amount received on WAKO bank account will be charged on your Federation/Association and requested to be covered on spot during accreditation.

• Equipment

It will be possible to borrow it from the organizer according to the usual procedure – Adidas and Top Ten only are allowed.

For Ring ONLY > Rings will be defined by brand (ring n.1 Adidas, ring n.2 mixed – one day Adidas another day Top Ten – and ring n.3 Top Ten), therefore in said rings, an athlete may only wear an approved brand and colour as designated to the corner and ring each day for the gloves and headguards. On the contrary for leg protections, they may be any colour but only of the two brands allowed (Top Ten or Adidas).

For TATAMI > In tatami it is possible to wear Top Ten or Adidas only but in the designated red or blue colour as per athlete’s corner.

• Mandatory Documents
• All necessary forms can be found on WAKO website at: https://wako.sport/forms-and-documents/
• Scan of passport or ID card, Medical Certificate and Anti-doping Education Certificate can be uploaded to participant’s profile on the RSportz platform.
• Fill in all other documents legibly, sign (parent’s sign is required) and scan all required documents into ONE pdf document and upload it to the Sportdata web page when registering for the European Championship.
• It is recommended that hard copies of all documents be brought to the registration and control weigh in due to quick review of the documents.
