By the present please receive herewith attached 3rd Newsletter containing important information about NF Extra Officials attending the IWGA World Games 2017 taking place in Wroclaw, Poland, from 24th to 28th July 2017 .
In addition you can find herewith attached NF Extra Officials form in excel sheet format to be filled in by each National Federation.
Please TAKE NOTE of the deadlines indicated that must be respected as follows:
by next Monday 27th March 2017 – for confirmation of participation of Extra Officials to be sent by e-mail to barbaraf@wakoweb.com
by Friday 31st March 2017 – for payment of 30% to book and secure Hotel accommodation for Extra Officials after receipt of invoice issued by WAKO
