In order to facilitate the operations of visa-entry for next WAKO World Championships in Lignano Sabbiadoro, Italy, from 26 th to 29 th November 2009, by the present it’s a pleasure to inform you that an agreement has been made between CONI &rdash Foreign Office and Italian Kickboxing Federation to allow a faster visa procedure .
In compliance with this condition all Nations that need Visa-entry must fill this application up (please click here) by not later than October 20 th – also those Nations that have already sent the list to us – and send it to the Italian Kickboxing Federation by e-mail ( falsoni@wakoweb.com , barbaraf@wakoweb.com ) or by fax ( +39 039 2328901 ).
When all lists are collected and completed the Italian Kickboxing Federation will send all requests to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
As soon as received these lists the Italian Authority will send the notification to the Embassy or Consulate of each nation.
This special procedure will permit you to go directly to your Embassy of reference and get your visa permission.
