SAP at “Live Together”, in Za’atary Refugee Camp

April 9, 2018

WAKO is happy to announce that SAP is the sole equipment supplier involved in WAKO Live Together program, in Za’atary refugee camp , Jordan.

SAP decided to donate all the equipment needed in the WAKO activities at the camp, a great gift and a demonstration of good will.

Live Together is a concept developed by Peace and Sport, together with UNHCR and in collaboration with Jordan NOC, WAKO, WT, ITTF and FITEC.

«WAKO wants to thank the SAP managers, who without hesitation decided to join our project and understood immediately its essence and importance», Erika Nano from SAP said.

«Since the first moment, SAP agreed about the motivations that inspired this project shared by WAKO and Peace & Sport, and promptly and enthusiastically responded to WAKOs proposal to support the initiative, by sending technical equipment completely free of charge.

«It’s our firm belief that projects like this, spreading the positive values of sport and respect, must be shared.

«We thank WAKO for this opportunity and we hope this can be a concrete help in raising new hopes in a context so deeply marked by the war.»

By engaging in Peace and Sport’s projects, WAKO is making a difference, because sport has the power to create equality and opportunities.

WAKO advocates our shared responsibility in giving, sharing and developing equality utilizing the tools of physical activity, recreation, mental satisfaction, discipline and friendship.

It is our social responsibility to use sport so as to build hope and a future based on dialogue, respect, tolerance and solidarity.

Further information will be shared on the Live Together Programme.

Because we care!
