Dear participants of the World Combat Games 2013!
“Directorate of the World Combat Games 2013” is responsible for purchasing and payment of travel tickets for participants inside quota in the framework of the Games and the period of visa validity (from October 8 th to November 3 rd ).
“Directorate of the World Combat Games 2013” organizes flights for participants inside quota on the route “City of residence – St. Petersburg – City of residence” without any deviation in accordance with the time frames of the event. In the case of self-purchase of travel by participant refund is not made.
If participants wish to extend their stay in the territory of the Russian Federation and/or deviate from the route, LOC ticket can be exchanged/returned by participant.
Please note:
• Visa validity period – October 8 th – November 3 rd , 2013 inclusive
• Booking of tickets from St Petersburg in the framework of the event – up to and including October 27 th
Please read carefully the enclosed documentation!
IMPORTANT
Please find attached an official accompanying letter that delegates need to show when they go for boarding together with the visa voucher in order to avoid any trouble with the flight companies.
In case of any problem, if you have not yet received ACCREDITATION VOUCHERS for your INSIDE QUOTA Athletes please contact immediately barbaraf@wakoweb.com
You will receive an OFFICIAL INVITATION LETTER that will allow you to go directly to the embassy and apply urgently for visa!
Please don’t forget to keep copy of receipts because WCG LOC will give you reimbursement of expenses for IN QUOTA visa on spot.
