WAKO Women Against Cancer at Bestfighter World Cup 2017

WAKO is proud to announce that also in occasion of the WAKO Bestfighter World Cup, that will be held in Rimini, Italy, on 16th, 17th, 18th June 2017 , the “ WAKO WOMEN AGAINST CANCER ” campaign will be held to promote PREVENTION against breast cancer and to support the clinical researches and projects of the Italian Foundation FONDAZIONE IEO – CCM .

Promoter of the Bestfighter World Cup, Mr. Gianfranco Rizzi, offered his help to organize a fundraising campaign to collect some free donations with the only purpose to donate the funds to support the project WOMEN’S CANCER CENTER run by the Foundation IEO – CCM.

We really hope that all participants of Bestfighter World Cup can give some contribution to support this important initiative that once again could be arranged only thanks to Ms. Benedetta Teruzzi, WAKO referee from Italy.

Thank you very much in advance for what participating countries can do on this regard.

Following examples of the Point Fighting Cup with the selling of merchandisinng and Bestfighter World Cup by free donations, WAKO would like to invite other promoters of other WAKO events to get in contact with some other local institutions or Foundations on their national territories and take action on this very important social campaign “ WAKO WOMEN AGAINST CANCER ”.
It is certainly possible to make it happen in other parts of the world and make the difference through sport in the fight against cancer!
